Last updated: September 29, 2026
Welcome to OndaRx, LLC (“OndaRx,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at ondarx.com (the “Website”) and any services provided through the Website (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Website or Services.
1. No Medical Advice
The content provided on the Website is for informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.
2. Telehealth Services
OndaRx provides a platform that connects users with licensed healthcare providers and pharmacies. OndaRx does not itself provide medical or pharmacy services.
All medical services are provided by independent, licensed healthcare providers affiliated with LocumTele, LLC, our contracted telemedicine provider network. Any prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the treating provider based on their professional judgment.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes
- Not misuse or interfere with the Website or Services
5. Medical Services and Prescriptions
Use of the Services does not guarantee that you will receive a prescription or treatment. Healthcare providers may determine that a particular treatment is not appropriate based on your medical history or other factors.
Compounded medications, if prescribed, are not FDA-approved and are prepared by licensed pharmacies pursuant to a provider’s prescription.
6. Payment and Fees
You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services. Fees are subject to change at any time without notice.
By providing payment information, you authorize OndaRx and its partners to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of telehealth and pharmacy services:
- Consultation fees may be non-refundable once services have been rendered
- Medications that have been dispensed or shipped are generally non-refundable
Additional details may be provided in a separate Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of OndaRx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. OndaRx makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Website or the Services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OndaRx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website or Services.
11. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
You agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
13. Changes to Terms
OndaRx reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Website or Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
